Physical mail or digital downloads?
Both. Arcana pairs a monthly snail-mail letter with fonts, creative tech, and other creative extras.
How does monthly billing work?
Your first $15 payment is charged at signup and covers your first eligible mailing. Join before the 12th for this month’s issue; your next payment is on the 12th of the following month. Join on or after the 12th for next month’s issue; you won’t be charged again that month. Renewals start on the 12th of the month after that, then continue monthly until canceled. For example, join September 14, pay for October’s mailing, skip October’s charge, and renew November 12. The cutoff uses Pacific time.
When will my first letter arrive?
Sign up before the 12th to receive that month’s Arcana mailing. Sign up on or after the 12th and your first mailing will be the following month. For example, a September 30 signup starts with the October mailing. This cutoff applies to both monthly and annual memberships and uses Pacific time.
Where do I enter my mailing address?
Choose your plan, then enter the recipient’s full name and shipping address at checkout. Include an apartment or unit number if needed. This is where we will send your monthly Arcana letter; your billing address can be different.

How do I cancel?
Use Manage or cancel membership and sign in with your checkout email. Select your Arcana subscription and cancel it to stop the next renewal. Your membership and monthly letters continue through the month or year you have already paid for.
Is international delivery extra?
No. Delivery is included in the $15 monthly or $144 annual price for both U.S. and international recipients. Enter your mailing address at checkout.
What does annual membership include?
One letter every month for 12 months. Pay $144 up front, then $144 each year until canceled. That is $36 less than 12 monthly payments.
